Save the Date! Everyone is welcome for the Greensboro Forums facilitated by the Vermont Council on Rural Development

The Vermont Council on Rural Development (VCRD), at the invitation of the Greensboro Select Board, has chosen to spotlight our town and bring community members together to set goals (and access resources to help us achieve those goals!)

The kick-off event will be Wednesday, July 17, with a lasagna dinner and four sessions to discuss how we want Greensboro to evolve. A brochure attached below gives the details.  (Craftsbury went through the process a few years ago and found it exciting and most worthwhile.)

July 17th – “Greater Greensboro” Community Forums to Share Your Ideas for the Future!

You are invited to join your friends and neighbors on July 17th to discuss assets, challenges, and ideas for the future of Greensboro! Forums will be facilitated by the Vermont Council on Rural Development, a neutral facilitator of public process invited by the Greensboro Selectboard to work on behalf of the community.

This is the first step in a process to identify opportunities, address critical community challenges, and connect to resources to move action priorities forward.

Attend the sessions most important to you and join in on the Community Dinner!

Please see the attached schedule.
